Bio:

I have been a full time agent for the past 10 years, 6 of the most recent years as a broker. I conduct 30-40 transactions a year with 70% of my business in Residential real estate and 30% in commercial and investment property. I pride myself in my education of the market and making the buying and selling experience for my clients a very smooth transaction. I work hard behind the scenes to accomplish my client's goals.

I do spend time in a classroom every year, as well; keeping up with market trends, marketing opportunities, and legal issues that will affect the real estate industry. I do have my Graduate Realtor Institute GRI Certification along with Certified Residential Specialist CRS, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource SFR, and I am currently working on my Certified Commercial Investment member certification CCIM.

Background

I was born and raised in Missoula. I am a 4th generation Missoulian.
I was a defensive end for the University of Montana Grizzlies during my five years as a student in the School of Business. After graduation, I spent one season overseas to try a little professional football. There is where I found that I was not nearly big or fast enough to play in the "Big Leagues". But I enjoyed the experience.

I started investing in real estate at the ripe age of 19. Purchasing my first house on the south side of Missoula. Paid for with endless summer hours of mowing lawns for a down payment and scholarship stipends' of my own and fellow teammates for the monthly payments.

Activities outside of work

My wife, of seven years, Kelly, and I have two adorable young boys that keep us very busy. I am looking forward to the day when they are truly old enough to share my passion for the outdoors: fly fishing,
rafting, bow hunting, camping, snowmobiling, water and snow skiing. I enjoy all 4 seasons that Montana has to offer.
